Ingredients

  1. 1 cupBesan flour
  2. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  3. 1/4 tspajwain
  4. 3/4 cupwater
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. 1/4 cuponion, finely chopped
  7. 1/4 cuptomato, finely chopped
  8. 1/4 cupcapsicum, finely chopped
  9. 1 tspgreen chilli, finely chopped
  10. as per requirementoil, for roasting

    Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take besan, turmeric, ajwain, and salt to taste. additionally, add ½ cup water or a little more.
    mix with the help of a whisk to form a smooth batter.
    now rest the batter for 30 minutes.

    Furthermore, add onion, tomato, capsicum & green chili.
    mix well to get to a flowing consistency batter.

    Further, pour a ladleful of batter onto a hot nonstick tawa and spread gently. pour a tsp of oil over child, let it cook on medium flame. now flip the chilla and cook both sides. Ready to serve with ketchup or green chutney
