Ingredients

  1. 1/ 4 bowl papaya
  2. 1 cup chilled milk
  3. 2 tsp honey

    Peel and chop the papaya into cubes.

    And put the cubes in the grinding jar. Grind them well.

  3. 3

    Now add Honey and Milk in grinding jar and again grind.

  4. 4

    Serve it chilled.
