Yummy Papaya ice cream

I seem to like experimenting with anything that I find in the kitchen. My mom had just brought a papaya and I really wanted something cold since it was a hot day. So I decided to do the same as I had done with banana ice cream but since papaya is bitter, I decided to use condensed milk to even it out. Came out Quite successful to me :)

Ingredients

  1. Papaya icecream
  2. 1 1/2 cupPapaya ( cut into cubes)
  3. 1 canCondensed milk
  4. 1milk

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Cut 3/4 cup of papaya into cubes and freeze for about 3 hours until frozen solid.

  2. 2

After frozen, put an amount of the papaya cubes into the blender. Try not to stuff your blender too much. Pulse until it starts turning creamy. Add a little bit of milk to help with this process. Move the mixture about with a spatula occasionally to make this process easier.

  3. 3

After it looks like an icecream consistency, add the rest of the frozen papaya cubes and pulse again till it all has the same texture.

  4. 4

Add condensed milk until it is sweet enough to your liking. Fold it in evenly and you are finished. You may add fruits into your ice cream or chocolate chips if you so please.

  5. 5

Put the ice cream in a container and freeze for a couple hours for a more solid texture. Enjoy!
