Steps

Peel off the papaya and chop into cubes.

Blend 1 and 1/2 cups papaya cubes and 1/4 cup brown sugar together to make a smooth paste.

Whip 1 cup whipping cream till soft peaks form.

Mix together whipping cream and papaya purry and add 1 tbsp of honey.

Add 1/2 cup chopped papaya small cubes and mix well.

Keep in refridgerator to set for min 3 hours.

Garnish with papaya cubes and serve chilled.
