Cooking Instructions

First break biscuit into small pieces and grind them in mixer jar to make powder. Add powder sugar and mix.

Add salt to the bottom of the idli maker, place middle plate of dhokla making in it and let it preheat for 10 mins. on low flame.

Now add milk little by little and mix well to make smooth batter.

Add eno and pour little milk over it to activate and whisk quickly in one direction. Pour the batter into greased lined baking pan and tap nicely. keep the pan in preheated idli maker and bake it on low flame for about 30 to 35 mins.

After 30 mins check by inserting toothpick, if it comes out clean means cake is ready, if not let it cook for another 5 mins. Switch off the flame and let it cool. Garnish it as per your choice and enjoy.

For making chocolate sauce --
First add cocoa powder, sugar and corn flour in a pan, mix everything well.Now add milk/water (little at a time) and stir well. Keep the pan on low flame and cook for a min. - 7
Now add butter, stir continuously and cook for another min or two until thickens. Switch off the flame then add vanilla essence and mix very well. let it cool completely. Chocolate sauce is ready to be used.
