Ingredients

3-4 persons
  1. Chicken marination
  2. 250 gmChicken boneless
  3. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  4. 4 tbspYogurt
  5. 4 tbspTikka masala
  6. 2 tbspLemon juice
  7. Sauce
  8. 1/2 cupMayonnaise
  9. 3 tbspKetchup
  10. 2 tbspMustard paste
  11. Veggies
  12. leavesLettuce
  13. slicesTomato
  14. Jalapenos (optional)
  15. Others
  16. slicesBrown bread
  17. slicesCheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    Marinate chicken with above-mentioned ingredients for 30 minutes then cook it in a pan until chicken becomes tender and water dries out.

    Mix mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard paste to make smooth textured sauce.

    Spread the sauce at one slice and put another slice on it.

  4. 4

    Put chicken pieces on this slice, then lettuce leaves. Add more sauce. Cover with another bread slice.

    Now put cheddar cheese slice, tomato slice and jalapenos. Finally put last slice.

    Cut into half and enjoy with sauce
