Do you hate spinach?? So here I come up with twist in spinach...Spinach Capsicum cheese sandwich...spinach highly rich in fiber, calcium, vitamins and nutrients...and brown bread easy to digest...can be served in breakfast, evening snack and with soups too...do try...

Wash and chop spinach, green chilli and capsicum.

Put ghee or butter in pan..

Then put green chillies and capsicum in ghee/butter.. (immediately add ginger garlic paste- for regular). Then add chopped spinach..and cook for 2 three minutes..

After the spinach is cooked add salt and pepper in it..mix it well..

Lastly switch off gas and add grated cheese in spinach Capsicum filling and mix it properly..

Take one brown bread slice spread mint chutney..on other slice butter..and on the mint chutney slice spread spinach Capsicum cheese filling..

Brush upper part with butter or ghee and put in griller...roast till crisp..serve with tomato ketchup or soup..

Tip: you can add boiled corn and peas also... You can also make bruschetta...open bread toast..
