I used my old fashion meatloaf recipe to make this. It’s a man sized Sammy for sure. This is probably my favorite leftover meal. My meatloaf recipe is really good for slicing when it’s warm or cold.

Easy, yummy way to get rid of leftover meatloaf. :) I served mine with buffalo chicken pasta salad.

My late Japanese best friend taught me to make this. She also taught me to make okonomiyaki and kare raisu. Bless her soul. I am feeling a bit sentimental this morning, remembering her, so I made these for my kids.

Ever have leftovers hot dog buns and don’t know what to do with them make a sandwich with them. Alot of schools make sandwiches like this and call them subs to use up the bread. This is a pantry and fridge clean out for a lunch for my 2 teen boys.

Usually because bacon is such high priced it's usually just potatoes. We need to splurge once in awhile.
