It can fill 3-5 people depending on how much you fill your glasses. The Milk, Juice, and Fruit can be interchangable with anything, and you can replace the Milk with either water or more juice if you can't have dairy.

This Smoothie is healthy and gives you energy. I don't add ice because it would be watery.

Smoothies are one of the most nutritious afternoon snack, my whole family enjoys them, especially in Summer by the pool!!
