Ingredients

  1. 1 cupoil
  2. 1 cupchane ki daal
  3. 2onion (medium size chopped)
  4. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1 tbs ginger garlic paste
  6. 4Tomatoes
  7. 1 tbsred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tspSalt
  10. Water as requaird
  11. For rice
  12. 1 big spoon oil
  13. 1 cuprice
  14. 2 cupWater
  15. 5-6garlic cloves

    Sb se pehle daal ko achi tarha wash kar ke 2 glass pani me pakne ke liye rakh dein..

    Jab daal gal jaye to cholha band kar ke side me rakh dein daal ko.

    Ab ek pan me oil dalen sath hi piayz or zeera daal dein

    Jab piyaz brown hojaye to timatar or sath hi lal mirch haldi or namak daal ke pakne ke liye chor dein

    Jab timatr achi tarha gal jaye to ab boil ki hui daal isme add kar dein or anch ane ke bad flam off kar dein..hare dhania or green chilli se garnish karein

    Chawal bnane ke liye..
    Basmati rice ko 15 mints ke liye pani me bhigo ke rakh dein

  7. 7

    Ab ek patili me oil dalen garlic chopped kar ke dalen halka sa saute kar lein

  8. 8

    Ab 1 glass pani daal ke usme chawal daal dein anch ane par chawal ko dum par rakh dein..
