Ingredients

  1. 1/2 tea spoonCumin Coriander powder roasted together
  2. 1 cupRice
  3. 1/2 cupRed Lentil (Masoor Daal)
  4. 2 pcschopped onions
  5. 1/2 tspGinger paste
  6. 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  7. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tspRed Chilli powder
  9. 2 tspchopped Coriander
  10. 3pcschopped Green Chillies
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. As neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    Soak rice & lentil together for 30 minutes.

    Then blend them together.

  3. 3

    Take this mixture in a bowl, except oil, add all the other ingredients in rice-lentil paste.

    Heat a pan in the gas, grease some oil in the pan, add some batter & spread it in the pan, fry both side properly. Make all the chapri in this process. Each time while making chapri you need to grease oil in the pan.

    And your Chapris are ready to serve! Serve it with chicken curry & Chole Masala.
