Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgflour
  2. 500 mlmilk
  3. Butter
  4. 3eggs
  5. 2 table spoonbaking powder
  6. 1 tspvanilla essence
  7. 1 glasssugar (medium size)
  8. Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix dry ingredients well

    Mix wet ingredients
    Milk should be warm
    Whisk the eggs to achieve a uniform mixture

    Mix wet and dry ingredients and knead the dough to be consistent
    It should be soft

    Cover the dough wiith a kitchen towel. Wait for 30 mins for dough to double size.

    Roll the dough into circles and make the shapes as below.

    Heat oil in a frying pan
    Make sure heat is medium while frying. Each sides takes around 45seconds to fry.

    Your doughnuts are ready
