Steps

First of all we will take a bowl add into powder sugar,salt, yeast,water and mix all ingredients.

Now add gluten,impruver and mix well.

Now we will take refiend flour and add into baking powder,milk powder and mix all ingredients.

Now we will soft the butter and add it in flour and add into yeast water and Knead well untill 12 - 15 mints.

Now take 20 - 30 ml of oil and polish on dough and keep it aside for rest for 30 mints.

After 30 mints we will make flour sheet and cut it with round cutter rojind shape and keep it aside for 20 mints.

Now we will take a kadhai or pan and add into oil and deep fry your doughnuts until it is golden.

Now we will half deep it in chocolate sauce and sprinkle some silver bolls and multi colour bolls and or some garnish with 3 tbsp of icing sugar and 1 tbsp of cinnamon powder.

Now we will serve it and enjoy it.
