Plain Dosa
Cooking Instructions

Wash rice and urad dal. Soak it in two separate pot for 5-6 hrs. Also Soak fenugreek seeds.

After six hrs grind dal, rice and fenugreek. Add chilled water during grinding. Mix well, add 1/2 cupWater. keep aside overnight in warm place for fermentation.

Check the consistency of batter, add salt and water (if needed).

Heat flat tawa. Take ladleful mixture, spread it in circular motion. Apply oil or ghee. Cook on medium heat till it becomes crispy from the bottom.

Remove it in a serving plate. Serve with sambhar and chutney.
