1egg yolk
20 galmond powder
50 gflour
1 tablespoonsugar

In a medium bowl, whisk the room temperature butter and sugar until fully combined.

Add sugar and egg York and whisk until fully combined.

Add almond powder and flour and combine well.

Divide the mixture into 15 pieces and make it round shape.

Let it sit in the refrigerator for an hour.

Bake in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) for 20 minutes.
