Ingredients

  1. Cup- shredded cabbage
  2. 1 cup- grated carrot
  3. 1/2 cup- finely chopped onion
  4. 1 tablespoon- Ginger paste
  5. 1/2 tsp- green chilli paste
  6. 1/2 teaspoon- black pepper powder
  7. 1.1/ 2 cup - maida (all-purpose flour)
  8. 2-3 tablespoons- oil
  9. as per tasteSalt
  10. as neededWater

Cooking Instructions

    Cabbage, carrot, ginger-chili paste, 2 teaspoons oil and salt and pepper powder according to taste, mix everything well

    Bake on medium heat for three to four minutes. Prepare the stuffing in this way.

    Then add salt and 2 teaspoons of oil to the maida and make a dough like puri.

    Cover and let it rest for 10-15 minutes. Then make small loaves and make puri.Prepare stuffed momos in it.

    And steam in the cooker for 10 minutes.

    Momos is ready. Serve momos with spicy red sauce or ketchup.
