Ingredients

  1. 250 gmLady finger
  2. 1/2 cuppeanut
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  5. 1 tspCoriander powder
  6. as neededOil
  7. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder

Cooking Instructions

    First wash all the lady finger properly then cut it from the middle.

    Heat the oil in the pan and fry all the lady fingers

  3. 3

    After frying the ladyfingers take out in one separate pan. Now add one spoon oil in the pan
    Now add crushed peanut in the pan.

    Now cook it for 1 minute. Now add all dry spices in the pan. Now again cook it for 1 minute.

    Now at fry lady finger in the pan. and mix it well and cover the pan for at least 1 to 2 minutes

    Now the lady fingers are ready.
