Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsboiled black chickpeas
  2. 2boiled potatoes
  3. 1onion, finely chopped
  4. 1large tomato, finely chopped
  5. 1-2green chilies, finely chopped or minced
  6. 1 tspred chili powder/cayenne pepper
  7. 1 tspchaat masala
  8. 1 tsproasted cumin powder/bhuna jeera powder
  9. 4 tbspimili chutney
  10. 2-3 tsplemon juice
  11. 1/2 tspblack salt - add more if required

Cooking Instructions

    Drain the boiled chickpeas aside.

    In a pan heat oil, add onion and cook until golden brown, then add tomatoes and cook.

    Add the spices and mix well then add the chickpeas. then add lemon juice and imli chutney!

    Serve in a bowl and garnish it with boiled potatoes!
