  1. 2 cupsChana masala (gravy)
  2. 2samosa
  3. 2 tsptamarind chutney
  4. 2 tspgreen chutney
  5. 2 tbsponion, finely chopped
  6. 2 tbsptomato, finely chopped
  7. to tastered chilli powder
  8. to tasteChopped green chilli
  9. 1 tbspBeaten thick curd
  10. 1/2 tspChat masala
  11. 1/2 tspRoasted jeera powder
  12. to tasteBlack salt
  13. 1 tspPomegranate seed
  14. 3 tbspfine sev
  15. 1/2 tsp coriander leaves, finely chopped

    First, break 2 samosa roughly. you can use homemade samosa or store brought samosa.
    pour in chana masala. top with tamarind chutney, curd and green chutney.
    also, add onion, green chilli and tomato.
    further, sprinkle pinch chilli powder, pinch cumin powder, black salt and pinch chaat masala.

    Additionally, top with fine sev and coriander leaves.
    finally, enjoy samosa chaat immediately topping with pomegranate.
