Cooking Instructions
- 1
Boil potatoes, mash it and add onions, chilies, spices and lemon juice with salt. Mix it well and keep aside.
- 2
Make small balls from dough and keep a side. Take one by one and and roll it round like a small chapati. Spread Potato on one small Chapati and other bring it to the top and cover it.
- 3
Press it with the corner and take out all air. Follow the same procedure and make all first.
- 4
Take one stuffed Paratha and roll it. Make it slightly thin. As we like crispy and crunchy paratha so most of the time I roll it and make it thin. Now start frying. Pour oil on Tawa and place the thin paratha on Tawa. Check first if it is done at one side flip it and keep rotating with your turner. Once both the sides turn into golden, dish it out. Serve with Lehsan mirch ki chatney and Namkeen Lassi... enjoy😋
