  1. 200 gramoats
  2. 2boil potatoes mashed
  3. 1 tsp garam masala
  4. 2green chillies
  5. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  7. 1/2 cupwater
  8. as per tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tsp amchur powder

    Soak the oats in water for four minute then mix potatoes paste along with other ingredients

    Make tikki of medium size coated with dry oats

  3. 3

    Now fry in nonstick pan with little oil. Serve with green chutney

  4. 4

    Now your dilkush tikki is ready
