Steps

Dry roast the oats and keep aside.

Peel the potatoes and mash them.

In a bowl add potatoes,crumbled paneer,grated carrot,ginger paste,dry spices,salt and Coriander.

Mix them all well together to make a dough.

Heat oil on a flat pan or tawa and make round tikkis and put in the oil.
- 6
Shallow fry the tikkis on both sides till golden brown and serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
