Beetroot cutlet

#5pm

Isn't the pink colour of the beetroot so tempting??
Since the first time I had this gulabi karari tikki @wahjiwah I had been planning to make it at home. Kids have their vacations going on right now and they demand something new each day in breakfast or snacks.
So today I tried making this delicacy at home and it came out superb..
My kids emptied it off but I'm happy bcoz apart from being tasty this tikki/cutlet has all the health benefits of beetroot too..so healthy + tasty
