Ingredients

4 muffins
  1. 100 gmushrooms
  2. As neededoil
  3. To taste smoked paprika
  4. 3eggs
  5. 30 mlmilk
  6. To taste salt
  7. To taste pepper
  8. 100 gcherry tomatoes
  9. 200 gcheese (gouda or cheddar), grated
  10. Spray and Cook

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Slice the mushrooms. In a pan add the oil and fry the sliced mushrooms for a few minutes. Season with smoked paprika. Let it cool.

    In a bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

    Cut the cherry tomatoes into half. Add the cherry tomatoes, grated cheese and mushrooms to the beaten eggs. Mix.

    Grease a muffin pan with Spray and Cook.

  6. 6

    Pour the egg mixture into the pans. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.
