Assalam o Allikum.Today I'm sharing the recipe of mango ice cream.Summer's two greatest gifts Mangoes and Ice creams.I hope you'll like and try this delish recipe.Thankyou:)
Cooking Instructions

Wash,Peel and blend mango to make puree.

Now, in a chilled bowl pour cream and beat well until soft peaks form.Then add condensed milk and beat again for 5 mins.Now it's a time to add mango puree(A key ingredient of mango ice cream).Add puree,yellow food colour and fold it lightly with the help of a spatula.

Now Pour this ice cream batter in an air-tight container.

Freeze ice cream for approx 12-14 hours or until completely frozen.

Take out an ice cream container from the freezer.Take a scoop of ice cream and garnish it with sprinkles.Ice cream is ready to serve.
