380 grtin condensed milk
380 grtin evaporated milk
300 mlwhipping cream
1/2 teaspoonvanilla extract
1/2 teaspooncardamom
1/2 CupMango Puree (Optional)
1/4 cuppistachios Chopped (Optional)

Steps

Heat the milks, Cream and crushed cardamon pods in a sauce pan and simmer for 15 mins,

Whisk in the Vanilla. then Allow to cool.

Put into Ice cream machine and follow instructions. Add Mango or Chopped nuts (optional) 10 mins from end.

Transfer to a freezer container and freeze for at least 2 more hour and serve with Pitachions - ENJOY :P
