Heat a kadhai add wheat flour roast it well in a low flame...then take off the roasted wheat flour aside

Meanwhile heat a water and sugar.....make a boil when sugar melts then turn off the gas

Heat again a kadhai then add roasted wheat flour add desi ghee saute it then add sugar and water mixer

Stir it continously....cook for a while

Its ready
