Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup sooji
  2. 1/4 cupwheat flour
  3. 1/4 cupbesan
  4. 1/2 cup Desi ghee
  5. 1 cupSugar
  6. as requiredChopped almonds
  7. as requiredRaisins
  8. as requiredChopped coconut

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute on low flame till fragrance comes and becomes brownish in colour.

    Add sugar and water. Keep on stirring continuously till it leaves the sides of the wok.
