Greek Apricot Jam Tart (Pasta Flora) Greek Apricot Jam Tart (Pasta Flora)
This Jam Tart recipe was my mom’s idea, actually she has been asking me for days to make it and since she is only here for a few more days, I said sure but we needed to find Apricot Jam. 🙂 As usual my mom wanted to do everything by herself so all I did was take the pictures and look after the tart while it was baking in the oven. It was a cloudy, very chilly, windy day so natural light was definitely not in the cards for taking pictures. 🙂Most Greek recipes almost always have many different versions…but this recipe that my mom made is truly much simpler to make. I myself have made this tart with more added ingredients like almonds, vanilla extract but it just wasn’t the same as the simple Jam Tart I already knew. 🙂 The homemade crust has a lovely buttery and crispy taste to it which I am sure if you love eating tarts you will love this. 🙂 Foodzesty -

Tart and Delicious Lemon Jam Tart and Delicious Lemon Jam
The jam from the local sightseeing farm was so delicious, so I wanted to try making it myself. Before this, I had never had lemon jam. When cool, it's nice and thick, so stop cooking it when it gets to the point where it seems just a bit too runny. This time, I made sweet lemon peels from the lemon peel by taking it out along the way and boiling it many times, so the amount of lemon peel has been reduced. It's okay even without lemon peels. Cute and Delicious Mille-Feuille Jam Pies Cute and Delicious Mille-Feuille Jam Pies
Using flaky puff pastry and jam that I always have on hand, I can make these mille-feuille jam pies whenever I want. The pastry won't puff up well if you pierce it too much before baking and it will be difficult to slice into 3 layers. So don't pierce the pastry at all, or just make a few holes in each pastry with a bamboo skewer. Recipe by *akina* cookpad.japan -

Tarte aux Fruits (Fruit Tart) Tarte aux Fruits (Fruit Tart)
I bought a lot of fruit, so I decided to make a tart piled high with fruit. If you store your eggs in the refrigerator, be sure to bring them to room temperature before using. You can use apricot jam instead of the nappage. Add a little water to the jam and heat in the microwave. Let it cool down a bit before using.Use whatever fruit you like. (This time I used strawberries, raspberries, orange, kiwi, grapefruit (white and ruby), banana, melon, blueberries, blackberries, red currants, pineapple and grapes.) Recipe by Rukka- cookpad.japan
