My Folded multi Seeded flatbread with Coronation Chicken & Salad
Cooking Instructions

Open up the folded flatbreads add butter if you like. Then add the Rocket lettuce mix.

Next add the Tomato slices
- 3
Next the Coronation Chicken on each.
- 4
You can warm them in the microwave for 40 secoinds or just have cold.
- 5
Add to a serving plate and Enjoy.

I think this way tastes better than steam cooking the chicken in the microwave with sake. After a day, some moisture comes out of the chicken, but this mingles with the other flavors and makes it tastier.I cook about 10 chicken tenders at a time and freeze them to store. Made this lettuce salad with my homemade dressing. Personally I don’t really like to use groceries salad dressing for my homemade salad. In my opinion homemade dressing is fresher and healthier. this recipe I used my leftover corn salsa, and some chopped cilantro, and black bean, because I really don’t want to wasted. My Moma’n love, loved this salad at one of our local cafeteria style restaurants, when she developed diabetes, she’d still eat it and it would drive her sugar sky high. So, I, being the bestest daughter’n love, started making it for her without the “sugar driver upper”.I took this salad to a church social and it got rave reviews.Hope y’all like it too!
