It is rainy season now & we all love to eat hot pakodas.
Onion pakodas are made in several ways but here I have made it in a very simple way like my mom use to make when I was small 😀😄😉😋

Ingredients

15 minutes
4 people
  1. 6onions
  2. 5green chillies, finely chopped
  3. 1 spoonchopped coriander leaves
  4. 1/2 tbspajwain (carom seeds)
  5. 1/2 tspred Chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  7. As per tasteSalt
  8. For batter
  9. 1 cupbesan (gram flour)
  10. 2 spoonsrice flour

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut onions in horizontal slices very thin, chop green Chilli very small, & cut coriander.
    Take all the ingredients for the batter.

    Now add all the above ingredients in a big bowl & Then slowly add besan as required.
    Add two spoons of rice flour then add besan.
    Add little water to it.

    Now heat oil in a pan & add small portion of onion batter & fry from both sides 😋

    Now your crispy onion pakodas are ready to Serve 😋😀😉👌
    You can serve with hot tea for an afternoon snack.
    All will enjoy it 😉😏😊🙂
