Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgBeef qeema
  2. 1 tbspKacha papita
  3. 1 tbspLehsan adark paste
  4. 2 tbspHari mirchain
  5. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  6. 1/2 tspJafil &javatiri powder
  7. 1/2 tspAdark powder
  8. Salt as required
  9. 1/4 tspYellow food color
  10. 1 tbspLal mirch powder or as required
  11. 3 tbspFried onion
  12. 1 tbspGhee
  13. 1 tbspOil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In chopper add all ingredients grind until well combined ab leave for 2_3 hours

  2. 2

    Now make round balls of kabab

  3. 3

    Now in fry pan heat up oil and fry
