Ingredients

  1. 1 cupyogurt
  2. 1/2 cup condensed milk
  3. 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  4. 1 pinchsaffron
  5. 1 tbsp milk
  6. As neededSome chopped almonds for garnish

    In a bowl place a sieve and a cloth.add in 1 cup curd and tie tight.

    Keep in a cool place or refrigerator for approximately 2-3 hours until all the liquid has drained off.The curd turns thick and creamy

    Soak the saffron into the 1tsp milk until it dissolves.

    Take the hung curd into a bowl and add condensed milk and mix well.Add in saffron milk and cardamom powder and mix well.

    Grease the small bowl with butter.Pour in prepared curd condensed milk into a bowl.

    Cover with an aluminium foil.

    Place a steamer on high heat and pour in 2 cups water. When the water comes to a boil, place the bowl in the steamer, cover with the lid and steam for 15 minutes on medium heat.

    Take it out of the steamer, remove the aluminum foil and set aside to cool down to room temperature.

    Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    Now Bhapa doi garnished with almonds and enjoy
