  2. Oil for deep frying
  3. Half kg - maida for coating
  4. 1 cup- maida for marination
  5. 2- eggs beaten
  6. 3 cups- bread crumbs
  7. 1 Teaspoon- Black pepper
  8. 1 Teaspoon- white pepper
  9. 1 Teaspoon- crushed chili powder
  10. 1 teaspoon- salt
  11. 1 Teaspoon- paprika powder
  12. 1 tablespoon- vinegar
  13. 1 tablespoon- cornflour

Cooking Instructions

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Sab say pehle chicken breast ko wash kar kay hammer say beat kar lain.

    Phir aik bowl lain is main cornflour,maida,spices,
    ko daal kar usko marinate kar lain for 30 minutes

    Phir breast pieces ko pehle maday may dust Karen,phir anday may phir bread crumbs may or light golden brown shalow fry kar lain

    Buns may mayonnaise, ketchup,salad leaf rakh kar phir fried breast piece rakh dain

  5. 5

    Serve with crispy fries & coleslaw
