Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a bowl mix together the meat plus all the herbs and spices and the egg, (this helps stick the kebabs to the skewers, however it's not necessary if forming the kebabs as patties without skewers). If making lamb kebabs, add the chopped mint. Season well with salt and pepper then mix together really well using your hands. (I like to wear latex gloves for this so it's less messy).
- 2
Divide the meat into four equal balls. Form each ball around a skewer so it adheres then slightly flatten it down so the cooking surface is thinner, they should look like slightly flattened sausages. Heat up a large frying pan or griddle over a medium high heat and cover the base with a thin layer of oil. Once nice and hot add in the kebabs.
- 3
Sear on each side for a couple of minutes to form a crust then turn the heat down to medium. Fry the kebabs for a few more minutes until cooked through. Turning occasionally. Remove from the heat.
- 4
Lay down a tortilla then place over the kebabs along with onions, shredded lettuce, tomatoes and crispy onion bits. Drizzle over your sauces then wrap it up and devour! Enjoy. :)

Seekh Kebabs Seekh Kebabs
A popular and delicious family favorite! You can also use skewers to grill the kebabs, either under a pre-heated grill (2-3 minutes on each side) or on a barbeque. They go very well with my Turkish Red Cabbage Salad:https://cookpad.wasmer.app/us/recipes/11054244-turkish-red-cabbage-salad#nikicuisine #mycookbook Niki Freeman -

California Farm Broiled Lamb Kebabs California Farm Broiled Lamb Kebabs
Dorper Lambs are the only meat lambs approved to carry the designation lamb beyond 12 months because they maintain their tenderness into the second year. We just butchered a big lamb from last year’s spring, 106 pounds of tender meat, enough for the year. We mince lamb meat and mince beef to make kebabs the size of american hotdogs, 2 ounces, 57 grams. The meats are mixed with spices and sparkling water and baking soda which marinade and tenderize the meats when rested overnight. These kebabs were broiled medium rare, half of them broiled on barbecue and other half broiled in air fryer. Both are delicious. We keep them in the fridge to reheat for luncheons and dinners with tzaziki sauce and puffed new harvest potatoes, or spicy green mango in pepper sauce.#GlobalApron Hobby Horseman -

The super hot temperature of the grill gives these kebabs a nice even sear, creates soft & buttery garlic, and each bite is like a tiny whole steak. Truly beautiful. No marinade needed! Mrs.Schmalzried -

Caprese Skewers Caprese Skewers
Refreshing skewers with cherry tomatoes, baby mozzarella balls, and basil leaves, perfect for a buffet. They impress with their taste and appearance. The recipe, with a slight variation, is from followme.gr. For 10 skewers, we will need:A few more tips:If you're wondering, a 250g package (gross weight) yields about 14 mozzarella balls. To save time for other buffet dishes, prepare the skewers without adding the basil and seasoning on the platter, cover with plastic wrap, and store in the fridge. Prepare them just before serving. Be careful, though, as the pierced basil should not be left waiting for too long to avoid wilting. Good luck. ΑΦΡΟΔΙΤΗμTranslated from Cookpad Greece -
