Cooking Instructions

Wash your hand say BismiAllah and darood shareef.

Take a bowl add vinegar,salt,water, dip chicken in it for maximum 20m_25m
After that strain it

Take an other bowl add Yogurt,knorr masala,salt,pepper,mix well then add chicken marinate it very well then keep it in fridge for maximum 2h to 3h.

Mix well and keep in fridge

After marination time, take it out
Heat oil, while this time dd maida,chilli,pinch of baking soda in a bowl and mix well.
Coat it on chicken, then dip in chill water again coat then fry it in deep oil.

Afer frying fry frozen fries in same oil,
Dishout it and enjoy with kitchen and cold drink.

As i was born and brought up in Kuwait, we used to have this big KFC bucket at weekends mostly.. they used to give a small tub of coleslaw and buns along with their chicken.. now as we have a big family and all are grown ups.. we need way more chicken pieces than we used to in our childhood.. even the greatest loss is we dont find that coleslaw here in Pakistan.. so now after my marriage, when we get together at my parent’s place, i make this homemade crispy chicken with all the side items we wish ( of-course with my own masalas 😉)
