Sirloin Steak with Lentil Salad

Cooking Instructions

For Lentil Saled:
Place the water in a large Dutch Oven, cover and bring to a boil. Add washed Lentils, Peas, Carrots, Bay Leave, Thyme and Salt. Cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes. Drain and remove Bay Leave. - 2
In a large bowl whisk together the Mustard, Oil and Vinegar. Add Lentil mix, Onions, Tarragon, Salt and Pepper. Blend well.

For the Sirloin Steak:
Heat skillet over medium high heat until very hot. - 4
Rub Steaks with Olive Oil. Season with Salt and Pepper.

Grill Steaks to preference. Rest for 5 minutes and serve with Lentil Salad.
