Ingredients

30 mins
4 peoples
  1. 150 grshirmp
  2. 1/2 cupwater
  3. 1 1/2 cupflour
  4. 1 cuptapioca search
  5. 1ct pesto cube
  6. 2ct green onion
  7. 1ct carrot
  8. Wonton skin

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Clean and peel the Shrimp shell, wash and chopped

  2. 2

    On the mixing bowl mixing all together chopped shrimp, tapioca, flour, pesto cube, chopped green onion, water until they stick together becoming a dough

  3. 3

    Grate or chopped the carrot for the topping

  4. 4

    Wrap the filling with wonton skin, and steam for about 10 mins

  5. 5

    This ingredient made into 35 pcs /portion shumai
