Ingredients

  1. 400 gthinly sliced Beef (Shabu)
  2. 2 tbspsdried wakame (rehydrated)
  3. 1large luffa
  4. 4dried shiitake mushrooms
  5. Mushroom dashi (Made from soaking dried shiitake overnight)
  6. 1 tbspsesame oil
  7. 1.5 tbspminced garlic
  8. 1 tbspshoyu
  9. 1 tbspmirin

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat up sesame oil and fry beef till no longer pink.

  2. 2

    Add in drained wakame and fry till water has evaporated. Then add in shiitake mushrooms and shoyu. I cooked for about 8 mins.

    Add in luffa and mix well. Then add in dashi and all other seasonings.

  4. 4

    Taste even better the next day!
