  1. 250 grfish meat (tenggiri)
  2. 250 grshrimp (skinless)
  3. 50 grpork minced
  4. 1 pcegg
  5. 3garlic (mince and fry)
  6. 2 tbstapioca flour
  7. Paper
  8. Salt soysouce
  9. Oyster souce
  10. Olive oil
  11. Sesame oil
  12. Dumpling skin
  13. touchCarrot for final

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour all ingredient, except dumpling skin and carrot
    Mix well and leave it for min 1 hour at refrigerator

  2. 2

    Form the shumai with yout hands, grab the filing and put it on the centre of dumpling skin.
    With your finger, wrap it like picture

    Put a bit carrot at top side
    And steam it for 15min
