Cara Memasak

Masukkn kesemua bahan cecair iaitu susu, air & minyak zaitun kedlm mangkuk pengadun. Diikuti dgn garam & gula
Kemudian masukkn tepung & parsley Buatkan 1 lubang kecil dgn jari diatas tepung lalu masukkn yis

Tekan setting doh (10) & tunggu selama 1 jam 30 min hingga selesai & doh naik cantik. Doh akan menjadi sangat lembut. Guna lebih tepung untuk dusting tempat mencanai.

Kemudian tumbuk2 sedikit doh. Keluarkan doh, bahagi doh sebanyak 8 biji atau timbang seberat 70g sebiji doh untuk pita saiz kecil. 6 biji doh untuk pita saiz besar

Rounding & susun didalam loyang. Tutup doh & biarkan naik selama 30min. Canai doh selebar 12-13cm. Biarkan 5min baru bakar.

Panaskan kuali leper dengan api sederhana. Sapukan sedikit minyak pada kuali. Bakar pita selama 3 min. Biarkan menggelembung supaya menjadi poket. Balikkan dan bakar lagi 3 minit. Tutup pita dengan tuala dapur supaya tidak kering. Hidangkan dengan inti kegemaran. Hepi meneraiiii 😉
