Ingredients

  1. Chicken butterfly fillet
  2. 30 mloil
  3. 40 gkashmiri masala
  4. 5 gsalt
  5. 20 gginger and garlic
  6. 50 mlmaas

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl mix the oil, Kashmiri masala, salt, ginger and garlic and maas

  2. 2

    Marinate the chicken fillets in the mixture for an hour

  3. 3

    Grill or oven bake, depending on the stove or oven, it should take 8 minutes each on each side to be cooked

  4. 4

    Enjoy with roasted potatoes or a lovely Green salad
