Mix well the butter,ginger garlic paste, raw papaya paste, red chilli powder,curd and salt and marinate the mutton pieces for 2_4 hours or overnight.

Pre-heat the convection oven at 200 degrees.
• Place the mutton pieces in the grill tray and cook on combination mode for 16 minutes at 200 degrees. - 3
Then brown it on convection mode on 200 degrees for 5 minutes.

Remove and sprinkle chat masala over it along with lemon juice and serve with onion ringlets.
