    Arrange your ingredients together

    Break open the coconut, bring the coconut meat with the aid of a knife and wash

  3. 3

    Use the same bolder part of the grated to grate the coconut, add salt and your flavour, mix very well

  4. 4

    Put the sugar in a pot & stir on low heat till melt & turn to honey brown

  5. 5

    Add the grated coconut and stir

  6. 6

    Stir at intervals till water is absorbed

  7. 7

    Put in a flat surface to cool, mould into balls
