Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgreen beans
  2. 2peeled and cubed potatoes
  3. 1/4 tspfennel seeds
  4. 1/4 tspnigella seeds
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tspgaram masala powder
  9. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  10. 1/2 tsppickle gravy of any pickle(achar ka masala)
  11. 2 tbspoil
  12. as per taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add nigella seeds and fennel seeds.

    Add potatoes and fry for 2 minutes, add beans and fry for 2-3minutes on low flame.

    Add ginger garluc paste,saute 1 minute.Add all powdered spices and salt. Saute 1 minute.

    Add 1 tbsp water and close the lid of the pressure cooker. Cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes. Putt off heat.

    Let pressure release itself, Open the lid and add pickle gravy(achar ka masala).Mix.

    Achari beans -potato is ready to be Served.
