It's been 3 months since we returned from Chile. The 5 months we spent there left me feeling heavy. I needed to do something and get back on track. For the past 2 months, I followed a strict diet and exercised. During these 2 months, I stopped eating anything made with flour, legumes, rice, potatoes, corn, anything with starch, and no sugar. I ate as much beef, chicken, fish, seafood, and vegetables as I wanted. I jogged every day for 2 hours. This morning I weighed myself and saw the great results. I lost 20 pounds (about 9 kg).
