Ingredients

  1. 50 gmsPowdered Oats
  2. 10 gmsMultigrain Flour
  3. 10 gmsGramflour
  4. 10 gmsSemolina
  5. 15 gmsBengal gram flour
  6. 150 mlMilk
  7. 5 gmsOnion chopped
  8. 5 gmsCarrots chopped
  9. 5 gmsCapsicum chopped
  10. 2 sprigBasil
  11. as per taste Salt
  12. 30 mlOlive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix together powdered oats, multigrain flour, semolina, Bengal gram flour, salt and milk.

    Make batter like consistency.

  3. 3

    Heat pan, add little olive oil and spread it.

  4. 4

    Than pour the batter on it and top it with veggies and basil leaves.

  5. 5

    Cook it both sides till light brown colour

  6. 6

    Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
