Ingredients

  1. 1 kgChicken
  2. 200 gmsHung curd
  3. 15 gmsKashmiri chilli powder
  4. 25 gmsGinger garlic finely chopped
  5. To taste Salt
  6. 30 gmsOnion chopped
  7. 30 gmsTomato chopped
  8. 90 gmsCapsicum cubes
  9. 300 gmsTomato puree
  10. 20 gmsCoriander coarsely ground
  11. 10 gmscoriander leaves
  12. 200 mlMustard oil

Cooking Instructions

    Take all ingredients. Marinate the chicken with hung curd, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt. Keep it for half an hour inside the freeze.

    Pour mustard oil in heated grill pan and grill marinated chicken from both sides.

    Now for gravy saute chopped onions and garlic then add capsicum and tomatoes saute it for 10 minutes.

    Next add tomato puree, spices and cook it until oil leaves the corner.

    Add grilled chicken in the gravy and cook it for 15 minutes.

    Finish it with cream, coarsely ground coriander seeds and chopped coriander leaves.
