Boil the chicken in water with 1/4 of the onion with salt and pepper. Once done take out the chicken and onion. Keep them separate.

Slice the remaining onion into strips. Set aside and begin to shred the chicken.

Let’s start the sauce. Boil 4 tomatoes. Once the skin starts tearing add it to the blender with chicken bullion (2TBS), 2 garlic cloves and the broth from the chicken. Pour half the can but if you like it spicy add the whole thing. Blend.

In a frying pan or pot add oil and when it gets hot add the onion that you sliced up. When it gets soft and slightly brown pour your sauce in. Until it simmers. Next add your chicken. Stir occasionally. That’s it. ! Ready to serve!
