Ingredients

  1. 1 cupFlour
  2. 3 tbspButter
  3. 1 tspSugar
  4. PinchSalt
  5. 1/4 tspBaking powder
  6. 1/4 cupIce cold water
  7. Vegetable oil
  8. Fish pie fillings

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve flour and baking powder. Add a little sugar and a pinch of salt to taste. Stir.

    Rub in butter till it combines well with dry ingredients. Make a well in the middle and add the ice cold water.

    Mix thoroughly till it forms a dough. Cut into small balls and roll out with your rolling pin.

    Cut out with a cutter. Fill with the fish pie fillings. Seal.

    Heat vegetable oil and deep fry till golden brown and crispy. Remove from oil and drain in a colander. Place on kitchen towel to absorb excess oil. Serve
